I got my dogtags today. They're so cool. On top of that I get my weapon on friday. So I went in to montreal for the Labour Day weekend and spent way more money than I should have. Stayed at a pretty decent hotel with a bunch of the guys from the platoon. Did you know you can buy a 12 pack of beer at a cornerstore for 10 bucks? Pretty goodamn sweet if you ask me. The weekend was filled with booze, then more booze, then sleep. It was nice. I finally have weekends off now so I can go into town and sleep in. Fuck, I gotta go back to work. I'm on duty at the bistro

Holy shit basic training is fun. I just did the obstacle course today and fuck was it ever awesome. Climbing fucking 20 foot rope ladders adn crawling through tunnels. Fucking awesome. I can't stop swearing now either.

Got sworn into service yesterday and became an official dog of the military. It feels pretty good. I work for the government now just like my mom.....haha, I'm a fed. Private Antony White, Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry.
